Dear Senator Dodd,
After such a long and sometimes distinguished career in Congress, the twilight of your incumbency is a glaring example that power corrupts and you serve yourself and not the citizens of CT who kept you in office far too long. You received preferential mortgage refinancing not once, but twice from Countrywide Financial, which had close ties to both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac while at the same time, as a senior Member of the Senate Banking Committee, you were shamelessly shilling for them. Shame on you Mr. Dodd! You have lost my confidence and worse, my vote. You exemplify why Congress should have term limits, and if it is shown that you broke any laws to which I, as an ordinary citizen would be subjected, that they go after you with the same vengeance.

Dear Senator Leiberman,
After such a very very long, and not particularly distinguished time in Congress, you reach the twilight of your incumbency as a glaring example that power corrupts. It is apparent that you have served yourself and not the citizens of CT who kept you in office far too long.
Your shameless mendacity is intolerable, as is your unctious self righteousness. You have sold your soul to the highest bidder for too long.
You exemplify why Congress should have term limits. And as for honor, and integrity?
