Holder's CIA Investigation Sets Precedence for Driving Stakes Through The Hearts of Blood Sucking Radicals and Socialist
The Republican Party lilies are hopefully learning a valuable lesson; when the enemy's down, deliver a coup de grâce.

There’s that old saying, what goes around comes around. And when it does, as it surely will, I hope all the white shoe Republican lilies in Congress will have learned their lesson well. In fact, I hope it’s beaten into them so hard by both Obama and their constituency that they not only become angry for a change, but vengeful. As the Godfather said, “It’s just business.”
Sadly, too many Republicans are like caged yellow bellied canaries chirping, “Compromise, compromise.” Compromise to Crap & Trade and Obamacare, or is it now to be christened “TeddyCare?” Are you kidding? Don’t make me puke. Mary Jo’s turning over in her grave.
Listen up you Republican congressional ignoramuses who want compromised healthcare reform. Compromising over a horrific healthcare plan would be akin to Great Britain compromising with Hitler after he lost the Battle of Britain, but Europe. It’s crap and needs to be entirely scrapped; dump it the outhouse of socialism where it belongs.
Instead of compromising, Republicans need to lead the way in addressing the serious issues of health insurance, such as why it’s becoming more expensive and less affordable, how the health insurance industry operates in terms of payouts and investing the premiums they retain, how and why they drops customers who have paid their premiums for years, if not decades, and need their benefits instead of being dropped, and why health insurance isn’t available on a nationwide basis like most other insurance. And why should an uninsured individual have to pay double (less co-pay) for the same drug as an insured individual; who’s making all that additional profit? And who’s watching the HMO’s? According to my physician brother, compared to Medicare they’re a major problem! At least Medicare works although it’s near insolvency.
And stop telling us there are 47 million Americans who can’t afford health insurance; that’s a bunch of cow crap and the majority of Americans know cows don’t fly; especially over Obama’s full moon. Thankfully, albeit a day late and a dollar short, the Obama Koo-Aide victims are rapidly metabolizing the rhetoric of “Change We Can Believe In” and Obamamericans are beginning to come out of their euphoric “Yes We Can” stupors and starting to wonder what the hell happened.
Hello? Welcome back to earth.
Frankly, too many Obamaspongeheads soaked up the snake oil listening to Oprah and the ladies of the View rhapsodize about the coming of a handsome black political messiah, and in the process allowed themselves to become baptized in the Church of Obama shouldering their “burden” and mindlessly and obediently taking their holy communion with them into the voting booth. I wonder how many felt better for voting for someone most couldn’t begin to understand, much less explain. And if you voted for him and think you can, then you probably believe in Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals.
Politics, especially as played by Chicago street thugs like Obama and Emanuel, is a blood sport. Right now, most republicans in Congress remind me of boy scouts compared to Fascist brown shirts in pre-WWII Germany. Tactics, such using American tax dollars to set up a White House snitch web site and emails from David Axelrod under White House approval, is not just repulsive, but should be alarming to every single American who values their First Amendment right to freely speak their mind without fear of intimidation.
If you voted for Obama, I hope you’re beginning to feel the slightest bit stupid, if not moronic. Admitting you made a mistake is one of the most difficult things a human can do, but it’s usually the first step on the road to recovery. Alright, for those of you who admit you made a mistake, go ahead and claim you voted for him because you thought he meant “knew America”
The Republican Party better wake up real fast to the fact they’re in a socialist political boot camp and like soldiers in the Imperial Japanese army of WWII, are going to literally get the bejesus beaten out of them. Hopefully they’ll toughen up mentally and stop talking about compromise and start defending the Constitution of the United States of America to which they have all supposedly sworn allegiance. My guess is most Congressional representatives haven’t read the US Constitution, but gave it mere lip service when swearing allegiance to it. Perhaps before we allow a congress person to “drive” legislation, they should be rigorously tested about the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence and some additional and relevant American history, like what we did for Europe in WWII, the same way Britain tests cab drivers before they’re allowed to drive passengers around London.
What in God’s name is the matter with America? Have I missed giant pea type pods being moved around the country? Were all those collegiate Obamatrons I saw mindlessly Blackberrying throughout pre-election cocktail parties the result of metamorphic pods on college campuses?
Ok, enough ranting about Obamamericans and our weak kneed congressional representatives and misguided, or should I say politically swindled, Americas who voted for the “One.” Let’s get back to the Czars, Holden and his attack on past CIA actions that kept this country safe.
Doesn’t building a shadow government of 35+ Czars not subject to oversight or accountability other than to the Fuehrer, I mean president, suggest something is beginning to stink? Perhaps it’s a putrefying constitution? The extent to which America has allowed government to drift so far outside constitutional boundaries should be an alarm going off in every American’s head. Are most American’s deaf to the rhetoric of socialism? Again, I implore you to read the Acorn’s Marxist manifesto to appreciate what our Acorn president is all about.

As soon as a Republican President is sworn in, the work of reversing Obamasocialism will commence. And it should start with the appointed Republican Attorney General proceeding to review the unconstitutional actions of Obama and the inevitable illegal actions and scandals of his Czars; or should we call it his Politburo?
If you want to learn more about some of these Czars, read my bvlog article visit my blog and read You Can Judge Obama By the Company He Keeps and the Czars He Appoints: Obama is on the path to being one of the sickest presidents in history.

Let’s take a quick review of what it means to be an
Amerikan Czar in the 21st century versus a Cabinet member. This brief analysis will also illustrate how we have strayed from the tenets of our constitutional republic through lack of enforcement due to shoddy Congressional oversight in preference to pork gluttony and pursuing self interests. The voters have no one to blame but themselves.
According to the U. S. Constitution, Article II, Section 2, it specifically says that with regard to advisors to the president, “He [the president] shall have power, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, to make treaties, provided two-thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, shall appoint ambassadors, other public ministers and consuls, judges of the Supreme Court, and all other officers of the United States whose appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by law; but the Congress may by law vest the appointment of such inferior officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the courts of law, or in the heads of departments.
By tradition as developed over the past 230+ years, today the presidential Cabinet includes the Vice President and the heads of 15 executive departments, the Secretaries of Agriculture, Commerce, Defense, Education, Energy, Health and Human Services, Homeland Security, Housing and Urban Development, Interior, Labor, State, Transportation, Treasury, and Veterans Affairs, as well as the Attorney General.
According to Wikipedia, “Its existence dates back to the first American President, George Washington, who appointed a Cabinet of four people (Secretary of State Thomas Jefferson; Secretary of the Treasury Alexander Hamilton; Secretary of War Henry Knox; and Attorney General Edmund Randolph) to advise and assist him in his duties.” However, “There is no explicit definition of the term "Cabinet" in either the United States Code or the Code of Federal Regulations. However, there are occasional references to "cabinet-level officers" or "secretaries", which when viewed in context appear to refer to the heads of the "executive departments" as listed in 5 U.S.C. § 101.”
As required by the Constitution, all of the men and women nominated by Obama to form his initial Cabinet underwent a confirmation process by the United States Senate as specified under Section 2, Article 2. However, apparently the Cabinet per se has contemporarily become relatively unimportant as exemplified by Obama not meeting with them until a full three months into his administration commenced. Clearly, such disregard for a Senate approved Cabinet could be construed as premeditated intent to replace it with a shadow government of Czars answerable only to him.
No one can legally challenge the president on his use, or lack of use, of his traditional Cabinet members. What must be questioned, however, is the constitutionality and even the legality of his building a shadow government of 35+ Czars outside any oversight or accountability other than to the Fuehrer, I mean president.
The U. S., Constitution, Article II, Section 2 is clear, the president is free to appoint “all other officers of the United States whose appointments are not herein otherwise provided for…” However, the question is whether Obama is free to appoint Czars when it’s clearly stated any such appointments must be “by and with the advice and consent of the Senate.” Since these Czars are (a) appointed by the president, (b) given unprecedented government power and federal funding, and (c) compensated by the federal government an average of $178,000, plus all their staff, shouldn’t they legally fall under the same Senate review as for Cabinet members?
And in as much as Article II, Section 2 are additionally clear in stating, “…but the Congress may by law vest the appointment of such inferior officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the courts of law, or in the heads of departments,” pray tell me where has Congress “by law” vested Obama with his ability to make such appointments and circumvent the requirements of the U.S. Constitution.?
Doesn’t building a shadow government, particularly comprised of social misfits, known radicals, avowed socialists and documented communists offend the sensibilities of Americans? This is beginning to sink like a dead and putrefying constitution.
Obama as the Commander in Chief of all US armed forces is frightening as well, especially now that the left intends to incapacitate the Second Amendment through unconstitutional taxation on firearms. This guy and his troops must be looking for an armed insurrection to put down as enexcues to implement martial law; or worse.
I cannot believe there aren’t top ranking generals, as well as soldiers of all ranks, who are questioning their loyalty to such a Commander in Chief. Everyone who enlists or re-enlists in the Armed Forces of the United States is required by federal law to take the enlistment oath. In all branches of the Armed Forces, the oath is as follows: I, (Name), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.
Let’s repeat that – defend the Constitution of the United States against all domestic enemies and obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me. There are undoubtedly many soldiers going to bed each night trying to rationalize how they obey the orders of someone who could very well be a domestic enemy of the US Constitution they swore to defend. No wonder the unclassified US Homeland Security Assessment document (IA-0257-09) called returning soldiers potential rightwing extremists to be watched.
America’s nightmare may be just beginning, but unless America becomes a dictatorship it will end just assuredly as every presidency ends. And when it does and the Republicans start the work of salvaging the Constitution and restoring our constitutional republic’s principles of governance, I hope we have a president like Teddy Roosevelt who isn’t afraid to act decisively against America’s enemies. As Obama and Holden have opened the door, a day of reckoning to identify their crimes against America will surely arrive. I just hope the Republicans have learned their lesson well and will take no prisoners. I hope they will drive stakes through the heart of every Obama radical, socialist and Marxist that tried to destroy capitalism and the freedoms of the American way of life so that their likes may never again see the light of day in America.
