Enough Writing to Congress: Start Writing Your State National Guard Generals
Does an oath of loyalty to defend the US Constitution against all domestic enemies supersede obedience to the orders of the President of the United States when his actions are unconstitutional?

From dog soldiers to the top dogs in all branches of the military and state National Guards across America, our military personnel have to be asking themselves this question: Does an oath to loyally defend the US Constitution against all domestic enemies supersede obedience to the orders of the President of the United States when his actions are unconstitutional?
First, let’s not even bring into the equation the question of Obama’s citizenship status that for millions of Americans remains unresolved.
If you look closely, history is repeating itself. America is witnessing the birth of the Obama Republic as Germany saw with the Weimer Republic that made the German Constitution irrelevant. The Nazi government never officially repealed their Constitution, but the legal measures taken by them, commonly known as Gleichschaltung (or, "coordination") gave the government free hand to legislate contrary to the constitution.
Isn’t this what we seeing in America with the emerging Obamatocracy? This can only happen because he’s supported by a liberal out-of-control Congress that unaccountably ignores the sovereignty of the people. A Congress no longer of the people, but led by the Obama disciples and socialist egomaniacs Pelosi, Reid and Frank.
I contend the appointment of 35 Czars to date represents nothing less than an unconstitutional Obama Politburo that is accountable only to the president. Unlike all the men and women nominated by Obama to form his Cabinet that underwent a Senate confirmation process as specified in the Constitution, these Czars (all of whom are on the federal government payroll) have not been approved by the US Senate. Obama’s Politburo now supersedes in power and influence the traditional Senate approved Cabinet.
While the idea of creating a Czar to address a special national issue is not new, in fact I believe it originated in the US with President Reagan, it should now be frighteningly clear Obama’s intention is to deconstruct our constitutional government with a powerful shadow government comprised of dozens of Czars. The fact this Obamatocracy of Czars is comprised of known radicals, avowed socialists, documented communists and other assorted misfits should seriously concern our military leaders and personnel, all of whom have sworn to obey the orders of the president.
The US Constitution is clear under Section 2, Article 2 with regard to nominating and appointing “inferior officers” of the United States, which could be argued to include Czars; especially in light of Cabinet members having to be approved by Senate confirmation. Only by law may Congress “vest the appointment of such inferior officers, as they think proper, in the President alone.”
Correct me if I’m wrong or missed something, but has the Senate or Congress passed an Act or Bill giving our president these sole appointment powers?
There are undoubtedly many military personnel going to bed each night trying to rationalize how they obey the orders of someone who could very well be a domestic enemy of the US Constitution they swore to defend. No wonder the unclassified US Homeland Security Assessment (Document IA-0257-09) called returning soldiers “potential rightwing extremists” to be watched.

While I hope the US military would never be used against its citizens, one of my friends and mentors, a Vietnam conflict Navy vet with 250+ air strikes off aircraft carriers, shared this with me:
“First, the chain of command is to the Commander in Chief. If an officer receives an "unlawful" order they are not supposed to follow it, and may be prosecuted for war crimes if they do. However, it is not sufficient for a military officer to simply say he was following orders. All military personnel are sworn to uphold the US Constitution, but they are also trained to follow orders, i.e. launch nuclear weapons even if they personally believe it will destroy a city or start a nuclear war. Therefore, I believe a US military officer’s first reaction to an order from their Commander in Chief or superior officer would be to follow it, even if they question it.”
I think it’s high time the American public shifted gears and started sending letters to the generals in command of all state National Guards, and any other high ranking National Guard officers they know or can identify in their state. Here is my example of such a letter:
Dear General X,
As a citizen of the State of Connecticut, I expect our National Guard to defend the US Constitution and the citizens of Connecticut. I understand chain of command in which officers and all military personnel follow the orders of their superiors.
It is my understanding the National Guard oath you took is as follows:
"I, (First Name – Middle Name – Last Name), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States and of the State of Connecticut against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to them; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the Governor of State of Connecticut and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to law, regulations, and the Uniform Code of Military Justice, so help me God."
I do not question your loyalty to America, but I want to point out that after WWII the Allies, led by America, through the London Charter of the International Military Tribunal specifically stated that following an unlawful order is not a valid defense against charges of war crimes.
I believe President Obama’s formation of a non-Senate approved “shadow government” of 35 Czars accountable only to him, is unconstitutional. The fact these Czars include self avowed communists, known radicals, convicted felons and other assorted misfits should seriously concern our military leaders. I hope it concerns you.
In the event President Obama, as Commander in Chief of the US military, for domestic political purposes should instruct directly or through the chain of command our Governor to call out the National Guard to act against the citizens of Connecticut that you will follow your conscience and disobey such an order.

In the final analysis, whilst we live in the 21st century let us not forget we live in a violent world and as 9-11 proved, we are no longer immune from domestic violence. Americans need to remember our homeland has absorbed the blood of patriots before, and that it could do so again is not beyond imagination.
In Townhall meetings across America and in the real news, I sense a fermenting rebellion against a radical administration and imperial Congress to save our Constitutional Republic. Fortunately, America embraces the rule of law that distinguishes American democracy. But as our liberal socialist politicians and courts deconstruct the constitution and erode the rule of law that has served this country so well, they do so at the risk of citizen rebellion.
Let us not forget that in our not so distant history states seceded from the union igniting a civil war pitting brother against brother. To believe history, particularly American history, can’t repeat itself is delusional, which makes Obama’s possibly unconstitutional shadow government that much more frightening. I may have been born after WWII, but I know my history.
The future of America is at stake. Our founding father’s bequeathed us a Constitutional Republic, which Benjamin Franklin warned “if we can keep it.” In our hands is the form of government we leave our children and future generations. One year from this November we have the opportunity to start rolling back the American liberal socialist agenda, so I implore you to really investigate both the state and national politicians and candidates for whom you intend to vote.

Okay heres the Bigger Picture,from a Current NG soldier.Illegal Immigrants..hmm.They send the Troops overseas to fight Taliban ,yet in everystate illegals are growing and the DEMS want to give them Amnesty NEXT..that is the Next thing,Believe that and STOP IT.!the Unionized police do nothing..the states make Ng units go overseas instead of defending,getting rid of Illegals..this is why Healthcare bill was first step..to get them to vote for amnesty and grow their numbers.It's not about whether I/We soldiers want to do what is in the Constitution..WE do and are.!The current congress will not use us for our primary purpose since they themselves are violating that purpose,to defend this country,the States and the Constitution.! The current administration will try to ram down Americans throats a plan for Amnesty..thats what the Real Threat to Americans is...the tax issues..and healthcare are a huge smokescreen for what they really want..God bless real Americans..Happy Trails
